About

Welcome to Therapeutic Bodywork with Audrey—an intentional, focused massage therapy practice located in the heart of Oak Park’s Arts District.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over a decade, beginning with a two-year massage therapy program in California. My work has continued to evolve through years of hands-on experience, continued education, and the mentorship of Andrew Bales, who I’m proud to work alongside today.

In 2025, I opened my own practice in a space we built from the ground up. Located in a converted coach house, the space is intimate, intentional, and deeply personal to me. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created and of the community that has grown around it.

This is not your typical spa experience. I don’t offer full-body and my work isn’t centered around simply “relaxing.” My sessions are therapeutic, purposeful, and customized to the person on my table. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, working through an ongoing physical issue, or exploring the ways stress and trauma can show up in the body, my goal is to help you understand your body and feel better in it.

I care deeply about this work. Massage therapy isn’t just my career—it’s something I genuinely love doing. There is a lot of meaning for me in helping someone move with less pain, feel more connected to their body, or finally experience a change they’ve been working toward for a long time. I feel incredibly lucky to have built a career around something I’m so passionate about.

Outside of the treatment room, I’m a wife and a new mom, and my family is at the center of my life. Becoming a mom has given me an even deeper appreciation for balance, boundaries, and being present for the things that matter most. I’ve intentionally created a practice that allows me to continue doing work I love while also making space for my family and this new chapter of life.

I’m grateful for every person who has trusted me with their care and helped make this practice what it is today. My hope is that when you walk into my space, you feel that care—not just in the work itself, but in the environment, the attention, and the intention behind every session.
